What if I received an incorrect item?
If you have received an incorrect item(s), please contact us immediately and provide us the receipt number, product name and quantity. Once verified, we will resend you the item(s) and will bear the return's shipping cost. However, the exchange policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in its original purchase condition and packaging.
- Bundle set must be returned as a whole set including of free items.
What if I receive a damaged item?
All items are carefully checked before they are packed. The chances to receive damaged items are slim. However, if you have received damaged item(s), contact us immediately and email us the picture as well as receipt number, and we will take care of it and we will bear the return's shipping cost.
What if I order an incorrect item or changed my mind?
We allow you to exchange other products with the store credit we credit to you after deducting the shipping cost and 2% administrative fee. You are responsible for return's shipping cost and send via trackable shipping method. To be eligible for an exchange, the products must be unused and sealed in original packaging.
All the returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. adopt' Malaysia will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their exchange item within 14 to 28 days after the confirmation.
